Abstract classes can override this to customize issubclass(). This is invoked early on by abc.ABCMeta.__subclasscheck__(). It should return True, False or NotImplemented. If it returns NotImplemented, the normal algorithm is used. Otherwise, it overrides the normal algorithm (and the outcome is cached).

There are four predefined document type definitions. They can be specified in the 'doctype' parameter: - 'strict' enables strict doctype - 'transitional' enables transitional doctype (default) - 'frameset' enables frameset doctype - 'html5' enables HTML 5 doctype - any other string will be treated as user's own doctype 'lang' parameter specifies the language of the document. Defaults to 'en'. See also `DIV`
