<type 'instancemethod'>














Helper for xml generation. Returns separately:
-
the component attributes
- the generated xml of the inner components

Component attributes start with an underscore ('_') and
do not have a False or None value. The underscore is removed.
A value of True is replaced with the attribute name.

Returns:
tuple: (attributes, components)

Abstract classes can override this to customize issubclass(). This is invoked early on by abc.ABCMeta.__subclasscheck__(). It should return True, False or NotImplemented. If it returns NotImplemented, the normal algorithm is used. Otherwise, it overrides the normal algorithm (and the outcome is cached).
